Attorney Angell grew up in Menasha, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, where she majored in biology and sociology. She then went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. She is licensed to practice in state courts throughout Wisconsin, as well as federal courts in the Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin.
